    Opening Charge During The Retreat

    HOW TO BE FREE

    By: Lifter Adelabu Samuel T

The most common question so called Christian do ask is that can I be free from sin? Even so many people will say it is not possible to live without sin or to be perfect. The question for you again is that can you do without sin?

Let consider how sin enter into the world first:

Gen. 2:16-17 please note the word, it said; shall surely die.
Now let check chapter 3:1-4, here again the scripture said you shall not surely die. This two word simply means death will come to every sinner Roman 6:23

You may not still understand or know where am going to but let also look into the creation of man. Gen. 1:26, 2:7. Here the scripture says he breathe the breath of Life to his nostrils and he became Living soul.

From the passage been read, it means to me like this, he made a container and this cannot do anything so he breath into it and it started working and become a living soul.

The Breath of Life here is referring to Jesus Christ, no wonder John 1;1-5. This show clearly that the Life we are talking about here is Jesus Christ and the darkness is Satan.

Sin come into the world through Adam/Eve because they allow Satan to exchange the breath of life which is Light in them.

So what make one continue in sin is that the Life, Light, Jesus in the container has been exchange right from the womb.

So what should I do now to be free from sin.

John 3;1-14 and also 2 Cor.4;6. Now the provision is that: since Jesus Christ is the provision for which is Death and Crucify, then you must let the Man that is sinning in you be Crucify.

What make one to keep sinning, while Pastor still behave change to the church, while so called Christian still found their self in sin, after they have Fasted and Pray, is that the Darkness, Nature and the Old Man that sin is still there.

Solution: is Crucification, Gal. 2;19-20. Let your Old Man be crucify on the cross, and also (Rom. 6;6-10). Then you become the son of God (Rom 6;14)

Conclusively:  Rom 8;1-17. This chapter tell us that if the old man, [Mr flesh] is still in your life, you will continue to be sinning, but tell him to leave your life and let the Light/Life/JESUS to come into your life and always know that the real you is Death but Christ lives in you. (Rom. 8;10), (2Cor 5;15-17), (mark 7;21-23).

THE WORK OF THE NEW MAN

    *Will not sin again
*Is no longer live by his/herself
    *You will love
    *He will guide his/her step
*There will be communication with him
    *It forgives and forget
    *Does not condemn others
*There is a change in nature
    *You are death. (Col 3;3)
